Specific measures include encrypted file transfer via SFTP or client portals (no email attachments), access-controlled storage with least-privilege permissions, individual NDAs signed by every linguist and engineer touching the project, on-premise production without offshoring to freelancers, VPN-secured remote access, comprehensive audit logs of who accessed what and when, and automatic data purging on agreed retention schedules typically 30-90 days post-delivery. For M&A data rooms, earnings materials, and litigation discovery, we offer additional controls including dedicated project rooms, clean-room linguists with no other client overlap, and customer-specific security questionnaire compliance.
