Dhiraj Aggarwal is the founder and CEO of DTP Labs, which he established in 2004 to deliver specialist multilingual desktop publishing services to translation agencies and enterprises worldwide. Over 22 years leading DTP Labs he has overseen more than 125,000 multilingual DTP projects across 100+ languages for clients including Cisco, General Electric, Siemens, Pfizer, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Rolls-Royce, and Medtronic. Under his leadership DTP Labs has grown from two operators to 70+ in-house specialists across offices in New Delhi and Gurugram, earned ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications, become a Technology Partner of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC UK), and joined CITLOB and Women in Localization. Dhiraj writes regularly on DTP outsourcing economics, multilingual typography, RTL and CJK production, pricing strategy for localization buyers, and the evolving relationship between translation agencies and their production partners.
